Pricing to Fit Your Needs

So many small businesses don't even consider hiring marketing firms because they can't afford it. But it's precisely these businesses that need the most help.

We bill a consistent monthly fee so that you can budget confidently. How much we bill is entirely up to you. You can start with as little as $300 a month. Once you sign on, we conduct a thorough evaluation of where your business stands and in what areas you need the greatest effort. From there, we build incrementally, month by month until your marketing needs are fulfilled. As your business grows, we suggest you increase your marketing budget to see even greater returns.

You can terminate the agreement at any time if you are not happy or if you simply want to take a break.

Why A Monthly Fee?

We've used both project based and hourly billing for clients in the past but found they had too many drawbacks.

Project based billing scares clients. I don't care how much money you make, when someone tells you that to get the killer website you want, it will cost you $10,000 the blood drains from your face. And project parameters change as the work progresses. Constantly re-quoting on jobs in progress is a waste of valuable time and makes everyone involved feel gross.

Hourly billing is also a little scary for the client because you never know how much the bill is going to be. And from the service provider's end, how do you bill for an email that took 2 minutes? Either you bill for it or you don't, but either way someone gets the fuzzy lollipop.

With fixed monthly billing, however, every month you have a block of time allocated to your business. When something comes up that you need, you won't see it appear as an extra on your bill that month, it's just part of the service we provided. If we feel that you need far more work done than the monthly fee allows for, we'll tell you. Similarly, if we don't use up your time for the month, we'll reduce the monthly fee to you.

What if I only want one thing?

What if you only want a website or a brochure design but not our continued monthly service?

No problem. What we would do in that case is set a "monthly fee" based on the price of the single item and then terminate the agreement at the end of the first month. If you wanted to continue with our services, we would determine a new monthly fee that best suited your budget and proceed from there.

Not Included

Our monthly pricing does not include: website hosting, domain names, advertising placement or production costs such as printing, signage, trade show graphics, etc. which are the financial responsibility of the client.
